Born on October 15, 1982, in Mahajanga, my name is RAVALIMANGA Narcisse Elias. I am married and a father of three children. Employed within the municipal administration of the Urban Commune of Mahajanga, I put my skills and experience at the service of HAZAVANA Orphanage, where I serve as an advisor.
Since the age of 15, I have been involved with orphaned children through various associations, witnessing their suffering, needs, and hopes. My commitment to HAZAVANA Orphanage reflects my dedication and deep desire to provide these children with love, education, and hope.
Every day, I fully invest myself to ensure they have a more dignified, brighter future filled with new opportunities.
